Capital Projects Manager – Iconic Park Redevelopment

Job summary

The Royal Parks in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from early feasibility through to completion, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You will contribute to the Roehampton Restored programme, working with a Senior Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager to help shape Richmond Park's future.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction or capital works projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (RIBA stages, governance, risk management).
• Experience working with consultants and contractors in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• A solid understanding of health and safety legislation (e.g. CDM 2015).
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
