Job summary

Greenacre Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Asset Management to lead planned programmes and responsive repairs across a residential housing portfolio in London. You will oversee asset data, stock condition planning, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, while driving value for money and resident-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asset management or property services within housing.
• Experience managing operational teams and contractors and driving service improvement.
• Strong leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across planned maintenance, repairs, voids, damp and mould, and asset management.
• Lead the delivery of planned investment and capital works within budget.
• Oversee stock condition intelligence and lifecycle planning.
• Drive performance across repairs and maintenance for good customer outcomes.
• Manage contractors, consultants and teams with focus on quality and compliance.
• Lead budget management, forecasting, governance reporting and service improvement.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency through investment planning.
