I'm working with an established, but rapidly expanding Financial Services organisation who are about to embark on thier largest Platform transformation to date.

Role Overview

From their callaborative Tech Hub in Central Manchester, the client is embarking on a major 3 year transformation programme to replace and consolidate its existing application, loan management and collections platform.

This is a genuine end-to-end ownership role, with the opportunity to lead the programme from initial discovery through to final implemention.

You'll manage the requirements phase, map current and future-state processes, shape the migration strategy, coordinate all technical/data migration and integrations, and ultimately take the programme through testing, cutover, BAU transition and legacy decommissioning.

This will be a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on transformation rather than simply overseeing delivery through layers of governance.

They’re specifically looking for someone with:

• Experience working within Regulated Environments (preferably Financial Services)
• Software Implementation and/or Migration experience

**Given the scale and level of ownership, base salary will be extremely competative**
