Job summary

Ports North is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale mortgage platform migration in London. The role focuses on delivering technology and business change with minimal customer impact and robust governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive delivery across internal and vendor partners, with hybrid working arrangement (1 day on site, 4 days remote) for about six months.

Qualifications

Program Manager - Mortgage Platform Migration

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale mortgage platform transformation programme. This is a strategic role responsible for delivering complex technology and business change initiatives, with a particular focus on mortgage platform migrations, modernisation, and operational transformation.

Working across business and technology teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of migration programmes, ensuring successful implementation while minimising operational risk and maintaining excellent customer outcomes.

Required Experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience with digital mortgage platforms or core mortgage system replacements.
• Background working with UK mortgage lenders, specialist lenders, challenger banks, or mortgage servicing organisations.
• Experience delivering cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives alongside mortgage platform migrations.

This is a 6 month Outside IR35 engagement with the aim to turn permanent working hybrid in London (1 day on site, 4 days remote)
