Job summary

CRG - People and Technology is recruiting two experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale systems implementation in a regulated environment, delivering key workstreams within a major transformation initiative.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Strong governance, risk and issue management are essential in this complex setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology or business change projects.
• Experience supporting system implementation, transformation, or digital change initiatives.
• Experience within the healthcare sector.
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM implementations.
• PRINCE2 or APM certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of technology and systems implementation projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with objectives, budgets, and timescales
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance activities
• Demonstrate proven project management experience in regulated environments

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale system implementation within a complex, regulated environment. The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key workstreams within a major systems implementation project. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
