Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the senior management team
• Support cross-functional teams with project tasks, including:
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external project teams, providing help and technical support
• Ensure all key project milestones are met on time
• Update and manage the high-level plan
• Act as the key interaction point for the customer
• Perform design/technical reviews and produce technical reports
• Attend cross-functional meetings
• Drive internal and customer team meetings and lead projects to mass production
• Track technical issues and mitigate risks
• Create and monitor ramp-up production analysis and reports, including yield, capacity, and cost
• Manage product certification processes internally and externally
• Create budgets and manage payment schedules
• Manage your own Scrum board for sprints
• Plan ramp-up and materials
• Manage long lead items
• Oversee customer sign-off procedures
• Develop product testing and approval plans
• Define roles and responsibilities for internal and external stakeholders

Your Experience:

• Keen to learn, independently apply new information
• Good listening skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Understand complex technical challenges and communicate effectively with non-technical team members
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum
• Project management training and certification
• Experience working with Chinese contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Experience in China delivering products to mass production

Skills you must have:

• Engineering background with project management experience in consumer electronics or medical sectors
• Proven experience taking products from concept to mass production
• Knowledge of EVT/DVT/PVT development processes
• Hands-on approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong English writing skills

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
