Senior Project Manager – Legal Sector
We’re looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact technology and business change projects across the organisation. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in Birmingham, with some travel to other UK locations.
This role plays a key part in shaping the digital journey – you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and built for long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver end-to-end technology and business change projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs, secure buy-in, and communicate progress effectively.
- Client-Facing Delivery: Support client presentations and manage responses to IT/security questionnaires with a commercially-minded approach.
- Strategic Focus: Align project objectives with broader business priorities and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Change Management: Help the business navigate change, ensuring teams are supported and informed throughout.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and encourage innovative solutions.
About You
Required:
- Strong experience delivering projects within the legal sector, ideally with both IT and business change elements.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to lead discussions with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and services relevant to legal or professional services.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service delivery environments.
- Experience in solution design and business analysis.
- A degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
