Job summary

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Manager to lead high-value tenders for IT goods and services. You will shape procurement strategy, drive collaboration with stakeholders, and deliver value while ensuring compliance with public procurement rules.

Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, you will manage category spend, develop forward plans, and help deliver directorate savings as part of the team.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English, grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• MCIPS Diploma or degree in business-related subject.
• MBA or MSc in Procurement / Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value and complex tenders and contracts for IT goods/services.
• Develop strategies to meet procurement needs across the Trusts.
• Act as category expert to ensure best practice, compliance and value.
• Operate information systems to enable data-driven decisions.
• Achieve savings targets in line with the Savings Plan.
