Responsibilities

• Lead a team of infrastructure professionals and manage third-party relationships.
• Oversee all infrastructure services across on-prem and cloud.
• Mentor a team of 3rd line engineers.
• Collaborate with IT management, business owners, and product owners.
• Oversee governance, incidents, requests, and change management.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are tested.
