Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems Limited is looking for an Infrastructure and Operations Senior Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, workplace technology and operational IT services. The role focuses on security, availability and continuous improvement to support business growth.

You will lead the IT Service Desk, govern ITIL processes and collaborate with Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture to ensure resilient, cost-effective services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships.
• Demonstrated ITIL-based service management and reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT service delivery including infrastructure, workplace technology and operational IT services.
• Ensure security, resilience, availability and cost-effectiveness of IT services.
• Manage IT Service Desk and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, asset and knowledge management).
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and Business Applications teams.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across infrastructure and services.
