Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Operations Senior Manager to lead the delivery, security, and performance of the IT estate, workplace technology and service desk across multiple sites.

You will own IT service management, operational resilience, cyber security governance and cost efficiency, driving continuous improvement and strong supplier partnerships in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations functions.
• Experience managing geographically distributed infrastructure environments across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Demonstrable experience leading IT Service Desk and operational support with ITIL knowledge.
• Strong supplier, contract and third-party service management.
• Experience in operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity and cyber security governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure and Operations strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Lead management and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services including network, compute, storage, backup and cloud platforms.
• Own lifecycle management of infrastructure assets including planning, maintenance, refresh and retirement.
• Lead workplace technology and end-user computing services including Microsoft 365 and productivity tools.
• Drive a customer-focused service culture across IT teams and suppliers.
• Govern ITIL-based service management processes and establish service reporting and dashboards.
