Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems Limited is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations Senior Manager to lead the delivery, security, availability and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and workplace technology across our estate. You will oversee the IT Service Desk, ITIL processes and end-to-end service delivery, ensuring resilient and cost-efficient operations that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Leads enterprise IT Infra and Operations functions.
• Manages geographically distributed infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, workplace technology and operational IT services to ensure security, availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead IT Service Desk and ITIL-based processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Request Fulfilment).
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts and third-party service delivery.
• Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement across IT operations.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and Business Applications teams.
