Job summary

Ethero is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations Senior Manager to drive delivery, availability, security and performance of IT infrastructure across our manufacturing businesses. The role covers enterprise infrastructure services and end-user computing, with oversight of the IT Service Desk and third-party providers.

You will lead teams across multiple sites, develop roadmaps aligned with growth, and work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to ensure

• Experience managing multi-site infrastructure, cloud, networking, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Proven leadership of IT Service Desk and operational support with strong ITIL knowledge.
• Strong supplier, contract, stakeholder and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity and cyber security with focus on continual improvement.
• Ability to lead teams through change; manufacturing and OT experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Infrastructure and Operations strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure services to ensure availability, performance, resilience and security of network, compute, storage, backup and cloud platforms.
• Oversee workplace technology and end-user computing, including Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, endpoint management and productivity solutions.
• Lead the IT Service Desk and ITIL-based service management, driving continuous improvement across incidents, problems, changes and SLAs.
• Manage infrastructure and MSPs, budgets and operational performance, ensuring contractual compliance and value for money.
• Lead and develop IT operations teams while driving automation, standardisation and governance with Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture.

The Role
