Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Operations team in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering IT infrastructure, cloud and managed services projects for UK and international customers.

You will manage projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring quality, scope and budget adherence. The role involves mentoring junior team members, improving project delivery processes, and collaborating with customers, engineers, and commercial teams to

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects within IT services, infrastructure or managed services.
• Strong planning, governance, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer-facing IT projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure, cloud and technology projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope and within-budget project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support process improvements in project management and governance.
• Coach and mentor junior project management staff.
