Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. in Manchester is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Services to lead IT operations, strategy, and digital transformation across the group.

You will own the technology roadmap, drive secure, reliable services, and oversee budgets, suppliers, and a multi-disciplinary IT team, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 in a regulated environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with IT and digital services responsibility across multiple sites.
• Strong service delivery expertise with ITIL-aligned operations.
• Proven cybersecurity leadership in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the group-wide IT and digital services strategy, governance, and technology roadmap.
• Lead IT service delivery across service desk, field support, infrastructure, and business systems.
• Drive Dynamics 365 implementation and optimisation.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts and investments to deliver value for money.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary IT team.
• Ensure services evolve with business growth.
