Nextech Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to own technical delivery across a range of clients, turning alerts, vulnerabilities and service data into prioritised remediation and leading regular service review meetings. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role with clear progression from 2nd line to senior delivery.

• 5+ years' managed services/MSP experience.
• 2nd line background with strong Microsoft and security knowledge.

Senior IT Engineer

Salary: Up to £38,000

Location: Hybrid remote

Division: IT Support Services

Reports to: Support Services Manager

The role:

A customer-facing position where you'll own technical delivery across a range of clients, turning alerts, vulnerabilities and service data into prioritised remediation, and leading regular service review meetings. It's a well-exposed role and a genuine step up from previous 1st and 2nd line work.

The package:

• £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid remote working
• Reports to the Support Services Manager within IT Support Services
