Job summary

Nextech Group Limited is seeking a customer-facing professional to own technical delivery across a range of clients in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will turn alerts, vulnerabilities and service data into prioritized remediation and lead regular service review meetings with clients.

This role requires a 2nd line background with strong Microsoft and security knowledge, confident communication, and Microsoft certifications either held or in progress. A hands-on, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' managed services / MSP experience.
• 2nd line background with strong Microsoft and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across a range of clients; turn alerts, vulnerabilities and service data into prioritised remediation.

• Reports to the Support Services Manager within IT Support Services
