Location: Central London (hybrid - 3 days onsite)

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst who will act as an escalation point for IT support issues and be involved in specialized aspects of the company's IT infrastructure.

Working as part of a team in a busy environment, the job holder will handle a variety of support issues, ranging from printer problems to issues with trading and market pricing applications. The role involves managing our Hyper-V / Virtualized server and PC estate, overseeing resource usage of Hyper-V hosts and SAN infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Network troubleshooting and configuration (Cisco, routers, switches)
2. Basic networking tasks such as DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
3. Supporting the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
4. Supporting SQL databases
5. Liaising with third-party support vendors, developers, and suppliers, including communication with executives and managers
6. Providing support face-to-face, over the phone, or via remote access (1st - 3rd line)
7. Supporting an active trading desk, back-office staff, executives, and overseas offices
