ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola group, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Glasgow. The role supports IT change projects, capturing requirements and guiding testing through to implementation. You will liaise with sponsors and suppliers to design the best solution for the business.

The role requires lifecycle experience, strong analytics, stakeholder engagement, and SQL skills. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related discipline.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business & technical requirements.
• Experience delivering IT/change projects and project lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems clearly.

Responsibilities

• Capture, document and analyse new requirements.
• Ensure requirements align with technology blueprint.
• Manage testing and defect resolution with suppliers.
• Provide business and technical expertise for solution decisions.
• Undertake end-to-end project management for smaller projects.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise business processes and interfaces.
