Job Description:
One of the UK’s best-loved hospitality and entertainment providers is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to play a key role in a company-wide IT Transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Business Analysis at the global HQ, you will support business and technology projects by assisting in analysis, documentation, and communication of requirements across the group portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Support process and system analysis to identify improvement areas
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement documents, user stories, process maps, and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct understanding and implementation of requirements
- Help validate solutions through testing and feedback
- Provide administrative support for project activities, including meeting coordination and reporting
- Work with senior analysts and team members to develop skills and knowledge
- Support implementation of good business analysis practices across the group
- Help establish and refine delivery frameworks, tools, and techniques
- Foster collaboration across IT delivery teams and promote continuous improvement
Technical Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in business analysis or similar roles, preferably within retail, leisure, or hospitality
- Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with eagerness to learn more
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Facilitation skills for workshops and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in German or Italian is highly desirable

Salary ranges between £70,000 and £80,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including bonus, pension, and more.
