Job summary

Checkit is seeking a senior 2nd line technical support specialist to join our Service & Delivery team in Fleet. The role focuses on remote support for CAM+ and CAM/CWM customers, owning complex issues end-to-end and coaching others in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot IoT devices, read logs, and use terminal tools to resolve connectivity and update issues while collaborating with customer IT teams. A hybrid Fleet office setup is preferred with remote options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support with senior 2nd line background.
• Experience troubleshooting IoT hardware and networking issues.
• Ability to own complex issues end-to-end and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for CAM+ and CAM/CWM customers and partners.
• Own daily ticket intake, triage, and ensure timely categorization.
• Coach and guide 1st/2nd line teams in operations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate system records, configurations, and software updates.
• Deliver training on products, systems, and procedures.
• Identify procedure weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Occasional weekend on-call support as part of team rota.
