You will lead multiple Android engineering teams, set technical direction and collaborate with product, design and other disciplines to deliver performant customer experiences.

The role emphasizes architectural thinking, mentorship of junior engineers and a strong focus on automated testing (JUnit, Espresso).

Qualifications

• Experience writing well-factored, well-tested code in Android apps and backend orchestration services.
• Ability to lead technologists and collaborate with product, design and other disciplines.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and architectural decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for multiple mobile engineering teams and own native Android apps.
• Collaborate across tech teams to drive architectural decisions and product iterations.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and advocate for quality practices (TDD/BDD).
