Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Senior Investment Operations Administrator for a Wealth Management firm in Liverpool City Centre. This full-time, permanent role runs 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, offering a stable career path within investment operations.

You will support high-quality investment administration services, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a key point of contact for complex queries while collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers.

Qualifications

Experience in Investment Operations, Investment Administration or Wealth Management Operations.
Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive approach and ability to mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

Process and oversee investment administration activities with accuracy and compliance.
Perform quality control checks across operational processes and identify improvements.
Resolve complex queries, escalating where appropriate.
Support processing of new business, investment instructions, withdrawals, transfers, and client money allocations.
Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Assist with reporting, risk management, procedural updates, and change initiatives.
