The role covers processing investment applications, ISA transfers, and client account administration to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent service.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in financial services administration, strong attention to detail, and solid skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience within a Financial Services administration role.
• Knowledge of investments, wealth management, pensions, or ISA products.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process investment new business applications from start to finish
• Liaise with third-party providers for ISA transfers
• Process investments, disinvestments, withdrawals and contributions
• Bank client monies in line with regulatory requirements
• Calculate fees and complete administrative tasks accurately
• Handle enquiries from clients, advisers and providers by phone and email
• Maintain and update client records
• Support regulatory reporting and assist with investigations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes
• Identify and report risks, complaints and breaches
