Search Consultancy in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an Investment Operations Administrator to join our expanding financial services team. You will support the administration of investment products and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

The role is suitable for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in financial services administration, offering a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services administration preferred.
• Knowledge of investments, wealth management, pensions or ISA products.
• Understanding of financial services regulations would be advantageous.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of investment products and client accounts.
• Process investment new business applications from start to finish.
• Liaise on ISA transfers with third-party providers.
• Handle investments, disinvestments, withdrawals and contributions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate fee calculations.
• Maintain client records and respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
