Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in international logistics management, with a strong focus on global supply chain operations.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping modes, incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proven experience in managing international logistics budgets and negotiating with global partners.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in international logistics software, ERP systems, and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a remote team effectively.
• Strong understanding of risk management in global logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
