Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead internal communications and engagement. You will create content for a variety of platforms and maintain our corporate websites and intranet to keep staff informed and supported.

You will build strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues, advise teams, and help shape communications for maternity and neonatal services while ensuring clear, compassionate messaging across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications and engagement to inform and support colleagues.
• Create compelling content for digital and print platforms to reach diverse audiences.
• Maintain and develop corporate websites and the colleague intranet to be accurate and user-friendly.
• Keep stakeholders updated on key developments in a timely manner.
• Support communications around media enquiries.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible content for colleagues, patients, families and partners.
