• Experience in Internal Audit or from other assurance functions with understanding of audit procedures and methodology.
• Knowledge of risks across programmes, commercial, manufacturing, governance, and financial controls.
• Ability to coach and develop supervisory staff to deliver results.
• Strong written and oral communication; good organizational skills.
• Present audit results to business partners and provide training where needed.
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior leaders.
• Proven project and process management skills within audits.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
