Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP) is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager for the Corporate Audit Services team in Europe. The role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and technical audit expertise to deliver independent assurance across the business.

You will oversee risk-based audits, advise senior leaders, and drive improvements in governance, controls, and processes while partnering with teams across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Audit or from other assurance functions, good understanding of audit procedures and methodology is desired.
• Business knowledge of risks across programmes, operations, governance, and finance within FMCG multinational environments.
• Strong coaching and development skills for supervisory staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with solid organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong presentation skills to convey audit results to partners and train team members.
• Attention to detail in audit documentation and reports, with analytical thinking for process evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audit engagements across diverse business areas with adherence to audit standards.
• Oversee the full audit lifecycle from planning to reporting and action tracking.
• Utilise data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Lead opening, progress, and closing meetings with senior stakeholders and present findings.
• Support management in developing sustainable controls and performance improvements.
• Develop annual audit plans, assist resource planning, and drive continuous improvement.
