Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audit engagements across the business. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen controls, influence decisions, and deliver value across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital.

You will manage diverse projects, guide audit teams, and help elevate the organization's risk management with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience (external or internal) or from other assurance functions.
• Business knowledge of risks (operational, financial and strategic) and understanding of control activities and processes.
• Experience leading a group of project resources and coordinating teams across locations.
• Effective management of internal and external stakeholders, especially at senior level, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of individual audit engagements ensuring these are executed in the most effective, efficient manner, following professional audit standards and quality assurance practices.
• Act as the first point of contact to provide guidance and audit results to management; including leading opening, status and closing meetings.
• Prepare final audit reports and provide timely reporting of control issues along with cost-effective recommendations.
• Follow up of audit findings and working with management to ensure that action plans add value and are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide insights to drive efficiencies and improvement opportunities of CAS internal processes and methodology.
• Support the development of team members assigned to the different projects; this will include providing feedback, coaching and motivation.
