Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead corporate audit engagements across the business in GB. You will ensure audits follow standards, identify risks, and define testing strategies.

You will act as the main liaison with senior management, report findings, and drive action plans. The role offers exposure to cross-functional areas including Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain, with a focus on adding value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional Accountancy or Internal Audit qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience (external or internal) or from other assurance functions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of audit engagements following professional audit standards.
• Act as the first point of contact to provide guidance and audit results to management.
• Prepare final audit reports and report control issues with recommendations.
• Follow up of audit findings and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide insights to drive efficiencies and improvements in internal processes.
• Support development of team members including coaching and mentoring.
