Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Senior Manager to join the Corporate Audit Services (CAS) in Europe. You will lead risk-based audits, oversee end-to-end projects, and advise senior stakeholders on control improvements across our FMCG portfolio.

You will use data analytics and AI-enabled approaches to raise audit quality and drive sustainable improvements, while developing talent and strengthening the control environment across our European footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Audit or from other assurance functions with knowledge of audit procedures and methodology.
• Business knowledge of risks across governance, risk management, compliance and financial processes in an FMCG multinational environment.
• Strengths in coaching and developing supervisory level employees to deliver results.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English; other languages (French, German, Spanish or Dutch) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audit engagements across diverse business areas with audits delivered efficiently and to standards.
• Oversee the full audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to reporting and action tracking.
• Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled approaches, to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate governance, risk management, compliance and internal control frameworks.
