Job summary

ARAG UK, a market-leading insurance and legal services provider, is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team based in our modern office near Temple Meads station in central Bristol.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will deliver end-to-end audits across ARAG UK, coach auditors, review work for quality and ensure timely delivery in line with Global Internal Audit Standards and ARAG frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing and leading teams through risk-based internal audits.
• UK regulated insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Internal Audit qualification (CIA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards and UK insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end internal audits across ARAG UK.
• Lead and coach audit team members; direct quality reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality audit reports.
• Contribute to planning, testing and reporting where required.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to shape risk-based audit plans.
