ARAG plc in Bristol seeks a Senior Internal Audit Manager to drive end-to-end internal audits, lead a dedicated audit team and support the Head of Internal Audit. You will deliver high-quality audit work aligned with Global Internal Audit Standards and ARAG internal frameworks, while coaching staff and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role involves hands-on delivery of audit planning, testing and reporting, building strong senior stakeholder relationships, and helping evolve the internal audit

Competenze

• Significant experience in managing and leading teams through risk-based internal audits.
• Strong risk assessment and professional judgement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with all levels of management.

Mansioni

• Deliver end-to-end internal audits across ARAG UK.
• Lead and coach audit team members; perform quality reviews.
• Deputise for Head of Internal Audit when required and contribute to risk-based internal audit planning.
