About this role

This London-based design studio, which specialises in delivering high-end luxury residential projects in London and internationally, has exciting new projects in Mayfair that require a senior interior architect. The candidate will work as part of the team and also lead their own projects. The ideal candidate is a strong all-rounder, confident from concept to completion, with strong technical detailing abilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage your own design projects
• Translate client briefs into creative briefs
• Develop and design joinery packages, producing comprehensive drawings and specifications for tender
• Collaborate with senior team members on-site
• Build and maintain supplier and trade relationships
• Assist in specifying FF&E with the team
• Manage project coordination
• Attend site visits and installations

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in interior architecture and interior design
• Based in London
• Proven experience in all stages of luxury private residential projects
• Strong technical understanding of interior architecture and design
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• Project management and decision-making skills
• Calm under pressure and quick thinker
• Organized and efficient
