Overview

A leading design studio specialising in luxury high-end residential projects is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Associate to join its London team. The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience delivering exceptional residential interiors, demonstrating creativity, leadership, and a passion for design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:Lead the design and execution of multiple luxury residential projects from concept through completion, upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong client relationships, interpreting their vision and translating it into innovative, bespoke interior solutions.
• Design Excellence:Develop creative concepts, detailed design schemes, and FF&E selections tailored to high-end residential environments.
• Team Management:Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring studio environment.
• Project Coordination:Oversee all phases of the design process, including space planning, material selection, documentation, and site supervision.
• Collaboration:Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Quality Control:Review and approve design documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project goals and timelines.
• Business Development:Support the leadership team in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury high-end residential projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading complex residential projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing luxury residential work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of FF&E, materials, and finishes suitable for luxury interiors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
