Job summary

Phipps Cameron Recruitment Ltd in London is partnering with a PE-backed FS group to recruit an M&A Integration Senior Manager. You will lead end-to-end integrations from due diligence to Day 1 and 100-day plans, ensuring smooth transitions and value delivery.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams—Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Legal, IT, Compliance and Marketing—while rolling out a target operating model and tracking synergy outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in M&A integration, transformation or programme delivery.
• Financial services experience from any FS sector.
• Hands-on experience with target operating models and data migration.
• Knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape.
• Experience with buy-and-build, consolidation or earn-out is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations end to end from due diligence to Day 1 and 100-day plans.
• Run several integrations in parallel across multiple workstreams.
• Roll out the target operating model for standardised, scalable processes.
• Deliver client and data migrations, systems integration and premises moves.
• Define and track synergy targets, including earn-out related targets.
• Collaborate with Compliance on FCA change in control and consumer outcomes.
• Build trust with founders and advisers and support cultural integration.
• Report progress, risks and value to senior leadership and refine playbook.
