Talantir is seeking a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is high-visibility and focused on end-to-end integration of a recently merged or acquired entity into the Firm.

You will translate deal ambitions into measurable outcomes from Day 1 readiness through full operational integration, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders, and tracking synergy delivery.

My Client are a Mid-Market P.E Backed, Advisory & Professional Services Firm (Top 40) recruiting for a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to join their Strategy & Transformation Team on a 12m FTC. This is an urgent requirement for my Client - so ideally you will be immediately available, but definitely having no longer than a month's notice.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the centre of their Strategy and Transformation team, leading the end-to-end integration of a recently merged or acquired entity into the Firm. You'll be responsible for turning strategic deal ambitions into practical, measurable outcomes — from Day 1 readiness, through to full operational integration.

My Client are in a period of exciting growth, so the successful incumbent will need to be a structured, diligent, and change-driven individual....that is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, accurately, and at pace.
