Gallagher in Taunton seeks a Senior Account Executive to own a portfolio of commercial clients and drive new business for the South West Division. You’ll build trusted relationships with brokers and secure favorable terms while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Working towards or holding a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII).
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, plus knowledge of the London Market, Lloyd’s, and the wider industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills and a focus on accuracy.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for clients, gathering information and negotiating terms.
• Grow your book of business by identifying and acting on new opportunities.
• Build strong broker relationships to access competitive terms for clients.
• Visit clients as needed to demonstrate interpersonal skills and service commitment.
• Handle account queries and credit control matters, resolving issues promptly.
