Job summary

MSCI Inc. in London is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive adoption of MSCI's Index, Analytics, Sustainability & Climate, and Private Assets solutions across the UK and Ireland. You will develop new business while expanding and deepening relationships with existing clients.

You will engage senior investment professionals, develop strategic account plans, originate opportunities, negotiate and close deals, coordinating MSCI resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

Experience in institutional sales within financial services.
Proven track record of closing complex, consultative sales.
Ability to translate client needs into MSCI solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic territory and account plans for the UK and Ireland.
Build and deepen relationships with pension funds, insurers, investment consultants and other institutional investors.
Identify, originate and close new business opportunities while expanding MSCI's footprint within existing strategic accounts.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, benchmark adoption and broader commercial objectives.
Lead consultative discussions on asset allocation, benchmark strategy, portfolio construction, risk management, sustainability and climate.
Position MSCI's research, data, methodologies and solutions with investment teams and senior decision-makers.
Manage end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to closing.
Collaborate with Product, Research and Client Service teams.
