Job summary

Optima Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations & Installation Manager in Leatherhead, Surrey. The role leads installation teams, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

You will own installation planning, project coordination, stock, warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries and health & safety, driving continuous improvements across processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installation teams or contractors.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing and installation processes.
• Experience with stock, warehouse and delivery management.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams and contractors.
• Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources.
• Coordinate projects from order through to installation and completion.
• Manage stock, warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Place and monitor supplier orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules.
• Manage snagging and remedial works.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Work closely with surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers.
• Drive improvements in processes, performance and efficiency.
