Job Description:

Kenect Recruitment is seeking a Senior Install Service Engineer to join a well-established provider of fire and security solutions. This full-time, permanent role involves working across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on field work, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades on fire and security systems.
2. Performing fault finding and diagnostics to ensure system safety and efficiency.
3. Providing onsite repairs and technical support.
4. Maintaining accurate service records using digital software.
5. Liaising with management and support teams to ensure timely, professional service.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (BAFE, NSI Gold).
7. Identifying potential risks and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience servicing fire and/or security systems.
• CSR Card.
• Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible attitude towards working hours and travel.
• Full UK driving license.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and digital reporting systems.
