Job summary

Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited is seeking a highly capable insolvency professional to lead and shape senior restructuring workstreams, supporting businesses facing liquidity challenges. You will guide formal appointments, mentor the team, and contribute to tenders and proposals while collaborating with multiple service lines across the firm.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, referrers and colleagues, to deliver quality outcomes with autonomy and strong board-level

Qualifications

• Qualified insolvency practitioner with appointment-taking qualification and a strong network of referrers.
• Ability to lead assignments with minimal supervision while mentoring team members.
• Experience advising distressed entities; cross-border insolvency exposure desirable.
• ACCA/ACA qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key workstreams on formal insolvency cases.
• Support businesses experiencing liquidity and financial challenges with restructuring input.
• Develop and implement tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies.
• Manage stakeholder interactions including clients, employees, agents and solicitors.
• Lead new business tenders and help strengthen referrer relationships.
• Collaborate with wider service lines across restructuring and advisory teams.
