Job summary

Leonard Curtis in Manchester is seeking an Insolvency Assistant Manager with 5+ years in restructuring and insolvency, notably Administration casework. You will support Senior Manager and Manager in the Trading and Case Management team, handling a varied caseload and stakeholder queries.

You'll work directly with Directors, mentor juniors, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements while enjoying a rewarding progression path and generous holiday allowances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ restructuring and insolvency experience, with hands-on Administration casework.
• CPI qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager and Manager in day-to-day running of the TCM team.
• Take ownership of cases after transfer to the TCM team and manage through to conclusion.
• Contribute to process improvements in case management workflows.
• Provide mentoring to junior team members and build stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure strict regulatory and statutory compliance across caseload.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and provide autonomous day-to-day decision making.
• Develop relationships with other professionals inside and outside the group.
