About Our Client

Based in the Midlands, this firm's specialist insolvency and recovery department acts for a wide-ranging client base and delivers services across CVLs, MVLs, administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, personal insolvency, and bankruptcy advising clients in this field.

Job Description

• Managing and working through your own allocated portfolio of corporate insolvency cases.
• Helping to draft and review formal reports to creditors and other stakeholders.
• Supporting the team with client visits to carry out work and retrieve necessary books and records.
• Attending meetings of shareholders and creditors.

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience using IPS software.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in insolvency or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of insolvency processes and previous experience in different types of insolvency procedures.
• Experience in interpreting accounting information would be advantageous, as would proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
