Job Description:

We are currently working with a well-established specialist insolvency firm in Bromsgrove that is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team.

Working within an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of corporate cases. The firm also offers further study options including CPI and JIEB qualifications.

Role responsibilities include:

• Controlling a mixed portfolio of corporate cases.
• Managing WIP and provisions, and meeting monthly reporting deadlines.
• Implementing case strategies and ensuring case progression.
• Planning cases from outset to closure.
• Producing reports for banks and creditors.
• Managing a portfolio using appropriate forms, preparing, and maintaining files.
• Using insolvency software (IPS) to diarise, record entries, and maintain accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory procedures and maintaining accurate case files.
• Carrying out insolvency investigations.
• Prioritising and resolving conflicting client demands.
• Supporting the development of new methods and services.
• Assisting and supporting junior team members.
• Producing case reviews and providing feedback to partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Maintaining control and stability under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Ensuring clients are billed according to plans.

You should have a proven track record in Corporate Recovery at a senior level, with experience in Liquidations. CPI qualification is advantageous but not essential.
