Job Description:

Levitate Recruitment has been commissioned by this growing Insolvency Practice to find an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join their Staffordshire team.

Role:

• Reporting to the IP, you will manage cases of various sizes and complexities, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
• Manage case delivery from pre-appointment to closure.
• Liaise with Directors, Shareholders, Creditors, Accountants, Solicitors, and Agents both pre- and post-appointment.
• Understand key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
• Provide regular progress reports to the manager.
• Prepare documents for board, shareholder, and creditors meetings, including consent procedures.
• Prepare for and attend creditors’ meetings.
• Manage asset valuation and realization.
• Provide recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
• Attend clients’ sites to secure premises and assets as necessary.
• Report regularly to the IP on case progression and compliance issues.
• Maintain IPS case diaries and setup.
• Train and delegate tasks to junior staff.
• Monitor job WIP and costs to budget.
• Close cases with final reports, accounts, and statutory filings.
• Assist with the firm’s marketing activities.

Staff development is key; ongoing internal and external training and support for qualifications are provided.

Requirements:

• CPI Qualification is advantageous.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
