Job summary

AllSaints is seeking an Insight Manager to lead a team of analysts within the Finance function in London. You will mentor analysts, translate complex modelling into clear leadership narratives, and drive a data platform that supports strategic decisions across the brand.

Based in East London, you will partner across Digital, Retail, Wholesale and Merchandising, shaping analytics strategy, prioritising the roadmap, and delivering tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into strategic actions for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor analysts and manage a roadmap.
• Strong understanding of retail or e‑commerce commercial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and Empower: act as a mentor coaching analysts on business acumen and project ownership.
• Create the Platform: translate analytics outputs into SLT-ready insights.
• Technical Sparring: guide the team on advanced analytical techniques.
• Omnichannel Stakeholder Management: partner with Digital, Retail, Wholesale, Buying and Merchandising.
• Adapting to Data Maturity: educate teams and co‑create advanced models with tech partners.
• Proactive Demand Generation: demonstrate what is possible with advanced analytics.
• Commercialising Insights: convert data into actionable recommendations affecting margins and stock.
• Synthesizing Customer Voice: combine transactional data with qualitative research for a 360 view.
• Commercial Modelling: lead costing and profitability projects for CFO-level decisions.
• Roadmap Prioritisation: manage analytics backlog for maximum commercial impact.
• Tech Alignment & Requirements: liaise with Data Product Owner to align data pipelines.
