Job summary

AllSaints in London is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical use of generative AI, AI agents, and ML across the business. This role blends high-impact AI strategy with hands-on solution design, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate ambitious AI ideas into measurable outcomes, lead discovery with senior leaders, build AI agents, integrate APIs, and write code to deliver ROI for the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions with strong consulting and workshop facilitation in Agile environments.
• Strong software engineering capability with Generative AI applications and enterprise integration.
• Essential technical expertise: Google Cloud Platform, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Python, REST APIs, BigQuery, SQL, Git.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities with business functions and define AI roadmaps.
• Architect scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies and governance practices.
• Develop production-ready AI assistants and integrations, measure business outcomes.
