Nature and Scope:
The RFU is looking to hire an experienced insights and analytics leader who can drive a data-obsessed culture at the RFU. This individual will have a transformational impact on rugby in England. Within a year of joining, we expect this individual to have led on the following projects in particular, among other activity:

Who will you be working with?
You will join the Strategy, Insights, and Transformation Team within our Business Operations Department. Including this role, we have a team of 5 Insights specialists in this team, but there are five other insights roles spread across the business with whom you would collaborate. We expect the successful candidate to line manage one analyst and have “dotted line” responsibilities for the performance of a further manager and analyst.
